Abstract

Abstract: The current era of industrial advancement is known as Industry 4.0 with the adoption of digitization to integrate real and virtual world together using the cyber-physical system, internet of things, cloud computing, the blockchain, and semantic technology. A huge difference has been observed in the manufacturing environment between developed and developing countries. Still, developing countries are in the phase of achieving a target of a significant contribution from the manufacturing sector in their economy without focusing towards numerous environmental and societal concerns. A term Inclusive Manufacturing has been coined in the manufacturing domain to achieve the environmental, economic, and social factors altogether. This paper presents, a simple framework of the Inclusive Manufacturing (IM) with the concept of Digital Twin (DT) by considering various other emerging technologies. To show the inclusiveness, a simulated case study on the manufacturing of a stop valve is incorporated with a mathematical representation of societal, environmental, and economic issues.
