- Abstract : Aims: By the end of June 2020, Paediatric team in the Broomfield Hospital will be able to access 'Greatix', a portal for reporting 'excellence in care' at work, so one can learn from 'what went right', boosting team member's morale during the adverse times of Covid Pandemic and lockdown. Methods: Having previously championed 'Greatix' in a rather busy set up of a tertiary Neonatal unit in London, Author used the model for improvement as a guide to gain spread and adoption of the Greatix within the Paediatric Department. The outcome measure was the number of Greatix's received. Change ideas were implemented through emails, telephonic discussions, virtual presentations and adhoc meetings and discussions. Ideas were tested through a series of Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycles. Results: The results of PDSA cycles are shown in attached table ( tables 1 and 2 ). Conclusion: Positivity in adversity is a key to survival especially in a busy working environment. like Paediatrics. It's important to recognise 'what went right' and disseminate learning from them just like we do with Datix where the focus is 'what went wrong'. A verbal survey post roll out suggested boost in team morale and enthusiasm in doing better. Declarations: No conflict of interest. NS had an Inter-Deanery Transfer from London Deanery to East of England as an ST8 trainee. NS used her own time to run the project as a medical admin.
