- A 3D electromagnetic simulation model of microstrip-line was established, the signal integrity of microstrip-line under high frequency was analysed, and the simulation results of its return loss S11 and insertion loss S21 were obtained at 5 GHz, respectively. The optimisation results of the simulation were verified through experiments. Plate thickness, microstrip-line width, microstrip-line thickness and dielectric constant were selected as the design variables, while return loss was selected as the objective function. A total of 29 sets of experimental simulations were designed, and the response surface method (RSM) and genetic algorithm (GA) were used to optimise the return loss. Furthermore, the optimisation results of simulation were verified through experiments. The results indicated that the optimised return loss S11 decreased to 1.2554 dB. Furthermore, verifies that the optimisation of the return loss was realised and the optimisation design of the microstrip-line structure based on RSM and GA was effective.
