Abstract

Abstract : In this case with antidromic atrioventricular reciprocating tachycardia via the atriofascicular pathway, entrainment from the right ventricular apex showed minor constant fusion. This may indicate that an atriofascicular pathway with distal arborization can connect to the branch of the right bundle and partly to the working myocardium.
