Abstract

Abstract: Die dynamische Verschaltung modularer Anlagen steht im Widerspruch zu statischen Paradigmen der funktionalen Sicherheit aus dem konventionellen Anlagenbau. Eine Adaption der bestehenden Sicherheitslebenszyklusmodelle an die dynamischen Eigenschaften der modularen Prozessautomation ist daher notwendig. Der vorliegende Artikel beschreibt die systematische Entwicklung und Evaluation von Sicherheitslebenszyklen im Rahmen von Fokusgruppen‐Workshops für Process Equipment Assemblies sowie modulare Anlagen. Abstract : Damit das Safety‐Engineering in modularen Anlagen flexibel und effizient realisiert werden kann, müssen Tätigkeiten und Ergebnisse aus dem Modul‐ sowie Anlagen‐Safety‐Engineering synchronisiert werden. Um diesen Bedarf zu adressieren, wird die methodische Entwicklung und Evaluation von Sicherheitslebenszyklen für die modulare Automation vorgestellt. Abstract: The dynamic interconnection of modular plants contradicts static paradigms of functional safety originating from conventional plant engineering. An adaptation of the safety lifecycle models developed for conventional plant engineering is therefore necessary in order to be able to represent the aspects of flexible interconnection of plants. This paper describes the development and evaluation of safety lifecycles in the context of focus group workshops for Process Equipment Assemblies and modular plants.
