Abstract

Abstract : In article number 2100066, Ju‐Young Kim Moon Kee Choi, Jae Sung Son, and co‐workers develop a solution‐processed synthesis of intrinsically stretchable Ag2 S thin films for the fabrication of self‐powered stretchable resistive random‐access memory devices. The device exhibits excellent switching characteristics, mechanical stretchability, and extremely high chemical and thermal durability. A self‐powered memory combined with motion sensors is demonstrated for use as a wearable healthcare‐monitoring system.
