- Abstract: The cerium doped zinc oxide nano particles were successfully synthesized by soft chemical method. The ZnO nano particles doped with cerium has 3 at % is reported here for AD activity. In this study, the inhibition values are increased with proper increase in the value of concentration. We have IC 50 value of 28.97, because of this; these nano particles are confined to be anti-diabetic activities. We take ZnO doped Ce at 3 atomic percent only but we are also in the process doping at 5 and 7 atomic percent too. If the value of atomic percent is varied, corresponding IC 50 values will also varied.
