- Abstract: We report median cleft lip in an infant girl with lobar-typed holoprosencephaly who underwent presurgical naso-alveolar molding and subsequent cheiloplasty. At seven months postoperatively, we observed an upper lip with natural cupid-bow-shape formed with a nasal dome and two nostrils separated with reconstructed columella, which were maintained for eight years.
