- Abstract: A copper iodide promoted cyclization for the synthesis of isoxazolyl imidazo[1, 2‐ b ]isoxazoles 3 in a one‐pot procedure has been investigated by interaction of 3‐aminoisoxazole 1 with nitrostyrylisoxazoles 2 under aerial oxidation condition. The newly synthesized compounds 3a–l were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial and anti‐inflammatory activities. Abstract : Facile synthesis of novel isoxazolyl imidazo[1, 2‐ b ]isoxazoles.
