- Abstract: Determining the exact sequence of DNA strings, has a basic role in biology, medicine and other sciences. An effective method to obtain sequence is analysis of DNA sequence based on topological indices in graph theory. We assign a numeric value as a mathematical illustrator to DNA graph such as Ale and molecular topological indices had already been introduced. In this paper our goal is to improve indices above mentioned indexes and compare the results with common softwares like BioEdit, we test the accuracy of these indices with similar strands.
