Abstract

Highlights: Decreased platelet correlated with an increased risk of cardiac rupture (CR), but increased platelet did not. Dual anti-platelet therapy might reduce the risk of CR, but increase it in thrombocytopenia cases. The risk of CR might be associated with physical and autonomic activity. Further research is needed to prevent CR following acute myocardial infarction.
