- Abstract : Inoue and colleagues report a rare case in which jaundice was the initial symptom and bile duct wall thickening led to the diagnosis of systemic AL‐type amyloidosis. The thickened bile duct wall in this case showed characteristic findings on various examinations, which may prove useful to clinicians in the future.
