- Abstract : Photodetectors A photodetector based on the type‐II Weyl semimetal TaIrTe4 is designed by Dong Sun and co‐workers in article number 2201229 to directly detect the orbital angular momentum (OAM) order of the vertex beam in the mid‐infrared wavelength. The helical phase gradient of light can be distinguished by a current whose magnitude is proportional to the OAM mode number. This detector can be integrated into a focal plane array that can resolve multiple optical parameters of a target.
