- Abstract : The present work is based on investigation of mechanical behavior of green ceramic parts fabricated in scanning based ceramic microstereolithography (CM SL). This study is essential as many times green ceramic bodies fabricated by microstereolithography (MSL) can be directly incorporated in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). These green parts are fabricated from ceramic suspensions obtained by dispersing ceramic particles in photocurable (meth)acrylate resins separately. As fabricated parts in CMSL are essentially polymer-ceramic composites whose strength mainly depends on cross link density. Nanoindentation and glass transition temperature derived from DSC were used to compare cross link density of green ceramic bodies fabricated from (meth)acrylate suspensions. Further, double bond conversion, which is indicative of cross link density, was verified by FTIR. These results suggested that there is significant influence of curing protocol on mechanical behavior of green ceramic parts GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT: UF0001
