- Abstract : In article number 1903642, Jan C. M. van Hest, Fei Peng, Yingfeng Tu, and co‐workers design an intelligent biomimetic nanocarrier, based on the crosslinking reaction of hyaluronic acid with the ancillary anticarcinogen cisplatin in the presence of doxorubicin‐decorated gold nanorods followed by cloaking of the cancer cell membrane. Upon NIR laser irradiation, in situ photothermal therapy is conducted which further induces hyperthermiatriggered on‐demand drug release from the nanogel reservoir to achieve a synergistic photothermal/chemo‐therapy.
