- Abstract: This paper is based on the simulation analysis of the supercharger front intake pipeline of the FSAE racing car engine. To limit engine power, the equation race requires an annular restrictor valve to be installed in the intake system with an inner diameter less than 20mm. Limiting valves have a great impact on the intake flow and engine performance. In this paper, the intake front segment is modeled, the simulation analysis is done by Fluent, and the GT-power engine simulation software is used to assist the simulation. A good intake front segment is obtained, which provides an effective method for the design of the intake front of supercharger engine.
