- Abstract: Gas-insulated electrical appliances (GIS) have the characteristics of small footprint and low cost. Therefore, GIS is widely used in intelligent substations. However, once the GIS fails, there will be shortcomings of long maintenance cycle, which seriously affects the normal life and production activities. Based on this, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the GIS intelligent technology, this paper studies the correlation analysis method of the mechanical characteristic waveform of the intelligent GIS equipment circuit breaker from the aspects of equipment intelligence, device development and software development, corresponding theoretical guidance is provided for the practical application of intelligent GIS equipment circuit breakers.
