Abstract

Abstract : Flexible Pressure Sensors In article number 2201147, Inkyu Park, Hanchul Cho, and co‐workers develop a new strategy for generating 3D and irregular micro‐dome structures with a design and manufacturing flexibility by internal popping of microspheres. This method allows controllable microscale 3D surface morphology without using micro‐patterned molds for flexible pressure sensors with excellent sensing performances. A health monitoring system and human–computer interaction system are demonstrated using the fabricated flexible pressure sensor.
