Abstract

Abstract : We report a rare case of severe myopericarditis in a healthy man in his 20s after the third dose of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. His symptoms and troponinemia resolved with a beta-blocker in addition to standard anti-inflammatory therapy, highlighting the utility of multimodal therapy.
