- Abstract: Impedance and modulus spectroscopy along with conductivity analysis of 0.6(BNT-BT)-0.4NCZF samples, synthesised microwave processing technique are analysed and discussed. Impedance and modulus analysis revealed overall grain and grain boundary effects in 200 °C to 400 °C temperature range. Overall grain boundary (Rgb ) resistance decreased from 13570 Ω to 1877 Ω in 300 °C to 400 °C temperature range. AC conductivity study showed increase in conduction with increase of frequency as well as temperature. Activation energy (Ea ) for AC conduction was found to decrease from 0.81 eV (at 100 Hz) to 0.38 eV (100 kHz) in the 200 °C to 400 °C temperature range.
