Abstract

Abstract : Cancer Immunotherapy In article number 2200316, Dong Keun Han, Ik‐Hwan Kim, Wooram Park, and co‐workers present a combination therapy of metal‐phenolic network‐based immunoactive nanoparticles and bipolar irreversible electroporation (IRE) technology. A CpG‐oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG‐ODNs)‐coated Mn‐phenolic network nanoparticle efficiently primes antigen‐presenting cells to M1 polarization and proinflammatory cytokine production. The bipolar IRE efficiently induces immunogenic cell death. This combinational therapy will be a new tool for effective cancer immunotherapy.
