Abstract

Abstract : Quantum Dot Light Emitting diodes (QLEDs) show promise in the development of next‐generation displays due to high color purity, very narrow full width half‐maximum, and high quantum yields. In this review paper we summarized the latest progress to improve the efficiency of Cd‐free QLEDs, and the recent developments on QLEDs patterning process based on ink‐jet printing and photolithography technology.
