Abstract

Abstract : Abstract: The authors reported 2 cases with proximal anterior cerebral artery (A1) aneurysms, and one was treated with aneurysm clipping, whereas another was treated with coil embolization. The authors suggest both endovascular surgery and aneurysm clipping are good options for A1 aneurysms.
