- Highlights: Two tigecycline-resistant Acinetobacter sp. isolates carried chromosome-borne tet (X6) and/or plasmid-borne tet (X3) IS CR2 and pYUSHP10-1–like plasmids facilitate the spread and persistence of tet (X3) in this pig farm. The acquisition of tet (X6) within chromosome was associated with IS CR2 .
