- Abstract : We report on a metal–organic framework-based biomimetic cascade bioreactor for efficient treatment of hyperuricemia with low side effects. Abstract : A metal–organic framework-based biomimetic cascade bioreactor, red blood cell membrane-coated CAT@UOX@-ZIF-8, was developed for highly efficient treatment of hyperuricemia and the accompanying abnormal renal and liver function.
