Abstract

Abstract : We propose and introduce a new type of scientific article, referred to as an "Idea Paper, " which is aimed at promoting the sharing of research ideas. The formatting and publication criteria of the idea paper are presented, and six articles have been published as the first series of the Idea Paper.
