Abstract

Abstract : In article number 1902757, Yiqiao Hu, Ahu Yuan, and co‐workers develop a novel covalent organic framework (COF)‐based nanodelivery system to achieve molecular dispersion of near‐infrared (NIR) dyes for photothermal/photodynamic therapy. Upon NIR irradiation, the nanosheets are capable of simultaneously generating hyperthermia and abundant reactive oxygen species to boost immunogenic phototherapy against primary and metastatic tumors.
