- Abstract : Microneedle Applications Microneedles as multifunctional platforms enable real‐time monitoring and efficient drug delivery. They hold great promise for healthcare diagnosis, personalized therapy, and closed‐loop theranostic applications. In article number 2102547, Changqing Yi, Lelun Jiang, and co‐workers, summarize recent key innovations in microneedle‐based sensing, therapeutics, and theranostic systems from detection strategies, drug release mechanisms, to diseasespecific theranostic applications, and also discuss the challenges and opportunities of next‐generation microneedles‐mediated theranostic systems.
