Abstract

Highlights: Neutralization of SARS-CoV-2 variants was assessed with Covaxin vaccinees. Recovered, breakthrough cases with Covaxin demonstrated significant neutralization. COVID naïve vaccinees has lower neutralization with Omicron. Reduced neutralization was observed with Omicron compared to B.1, Beta, Delta.
