Abstract : In situ DRIFTS measurements of an Fe/BZY-Ru cathode catalyst in an electrolysis cell using a CsH2 PO4 /SiP2 O7 electrolyte were carried out in a mixed N2 –H2 gas flow under polarization. Abstract : In situ DRIFTS measurements of an Fe/BZY-Ru cathode catalyst in an electrolysis cell using a CsH2 PO4 /SiP2 O7 electrolyte were carried out in a mixed N2 –H2 gas flow under polarization. The formation of N2 H x species was confirmed under polarization, and an associative mechanism in the electrochemical NRR process was verified.
