Abstract

Abstract : The next era must challenge what we mean by design in the context of public organizations, and it must challenge how we use design to enable better government in ways that are simultaneously more fundamental and more ambitious. In the past two decades, civic design has led to substantial improvements in how societal issues are addressed. Where might it go from here?
