Highlights: "Outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 infection in patients with cystic fibrosis: A multicenter retrospective research network study" raises several concerns: a. Use of ICD-10 codes to identify people with CF can result in substantial misclassification. b. Inclusion of transplant recipients without using immunosuppression in their propensity matching is inappropriate. c. Misuse of propensity matching. 2. Continued study to elucidate the impact of COVID-19 on people with CF is vital.
