Abstract

Abstract : Inside Front Cover In article number 2100938, Chang Wook Jeong, Jin Woo Choi, and co‐workers design an adenovirus to replicate and express the GFP protein only in cancer cells by modifying its receptor‐binding domain and the promoter to control replication. The virus is finally utilized to detect circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from patient blood with urological cancer. The isolated single CTCs are eligible for whole genome sequencing to determine a pattern of cancer‐associated mutations.
