Abstract

Abstract : Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disease of the nervous system, which is more common in middle-aged and elderly people. Currently, the incidence of PD is increasing. The disease is a degenerative disease, which is irreversible and requires life-long treatment. Ropinirole hydrochloride can also be used for Parkinson's disease. Therefore, this article conducted research on this; the purpose is to further determine whether the drug can be used for Parkinson's disease. The method used in this article is a method of quantitative analysis and experimental testing. This article selects Parkinson's disease patients from the provincial hospital to conduct investigations and group experiments on these people to test the effects of different levels of ropinirole hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Experimental data showed that when the dose of ropinirole was 1 mg, its peak concentration reached 24.95 and the clearance rate reached 143.42. This shows that, in the early stage of medication, it has certain benefits in disease control.
