Abstract

Abstract : The evidence theory is a decision-making method used to solve incomplete information and uncertain problems. This paper proposes to use evidence theory to evaluate city emergency capacity on the basis of the existing evaluation system. And when scoring each index, experts give the trust degrees of different evaluation ranks, including the trust degrees that cannot be given. It can be seen from this study that the application of evidence theory in city emergency capability evaluation has its feasibility and superiority.
