Abstract

Highlights: Higher incidence of bloodstream infections (BSI) among patients during the COVID-19 surge. Increased hospital-acquired and central line-associated BSI during the COVID-19 surge. Enterococcus spp. was the most common microbe causing BSI during the COVID-19 surge.
