- Abstract : Interfacial Assembly of Graphene Oxide In article number 2101659, Milad Kamkar, Uttandaraman Sundararaj, and co‐workers demonstrate the great performance of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets at the interface of oil and water. Super elasticity with the highest ever reported interfacial storage modulus at oil/water interface is achieved in the presence of only 0.04 vol.% of GO, enabling sculpting water in oil in any desired shape.
