Abstract

Abstract: Vor dem Hintergrund der weltweit spürbaren Auswirkungen des Klimawandels gewinnt das klimaresiliente Bauen in Deutschland stetig an Bedeutung. Dieser Beitrag zeigt auf, wie bereits heute die Klimaresilienz Eingang in die verschiedenen Systeme der Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung wie das Deutsche Gütesiegel Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) oder das Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen des Bundes (BNB) findet. Daraufhin erfolgt eine Filterung der im Nachhaltigkeitsziel „Anpassung an den Klimawandel" der EU‐Taxonomie genannten Klimagefahren hinsichtlich klimainduzierter und konstruktionsspezifischer Umwelt‐ und Standortrisiken. Für diese erfolgt abschließend eine grobe Einschätzung der Klimaresilienz marktüblicher Bauweisen des Wohnungsbaus. Abstract: Climate resilience in sustainability assessment of constructions Against the background of the globally noticeable effects of climate change, climate‐resilient construction is steadily gaining in importance in Germany. This article shows how climate resilience is already being incorporated into the various sustainability rating systems, such as the German Sustainable Building Certificate (DGNB) or the Federal Sustainable Building Rating System (BNB). This is followed by a filtering of the climate hazards mentioned in the sustainability goal "adaptation to climate change" of the EU taxonomy with regard to climate‐induced and construction‐specific environmental and site risks. Finally, a rough assessment of the climate resilience of standard residential construction methods is made for these risks.
