- Highlights: AZT and its glucuronide can serve as combined probes for UGT2B7 and OAT3. Fevipiprant does not inhibit UGT2B7 and OAT3 in vivo . Fevipiprant, AZT, and penicillin G are well tolerated, alone or in combination.
