Abstract

Abstract : We present 2 cases of patients with Crohn disease with active inflammation and short bowel syndrome treated with combination biologic and teduglutide. Both had previously failed tumor necrosis factor antagonists and were parenteral nutrition dependent. This treatment improved their clinical status and allowed parenteral nutrition weaning.
