Abstract

Abstract : Inside Front Cover : The dynamics of transient ns‐laser induced Ag plasmas in various O2 gas pressures were investigated by Langmuir probe and optical emission spectroscopy. Time‐modulated evolution of Te was correlated with the formation/dissociation of Agx Oy molecules in the plasma plume. Optical investigations revealed for the first time AgO (B2 Π3/2 and X2 Π3/2 ) spectral signatures. Mixtures of Agx Oy phases in the deposited films were found at 2 Pa, while a cauliflower‐like morphology of AgO phase was the dominant one above 5 Pa.
