- Abstract: We present a case of a 16‐year‐old cyanotic male patient with ventricular septal defect, pulmonary atresia and discordant atrioventricular connections where computed tomography angiography demonstrated a large tortuous coronary‐to‐pulmonary collateral artery arising from the superdominant morphologically right coronary artery and coursing cranially to supply the pulmonary parenchyma.
