- Abstract : A novel FRET-based dendritic hybridization chain reaction (D-HCR) for tumour-related mRNA imaging in live cells was developed. Abstract : A novel FRET-based dendritic hybridization chain reaction (D-HCR) for TK1 mRNA imaging in living cells was developed. Compared with traditional complex D-HCR methods, it includes the advantages of having a simple design, an accurate signal and is suitable for use with living cells.
