Abstract

Graphical abstract: Highlights: Nineteen triterpenoids including two new ones were isolated from Euphorbia fischeriana. Compound 6 exhibited weak inhibitory activity against A549 cell lines with IC50 of 55.98 μM. The NMR data of compound 19 were firstly reported. Abstract: Nineteen triterpenoids including two new tirucallane ones, fisuphanins A and B, were isolated from the whole plant of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. The new structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopy techniques including infrared (IR), High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS), and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Some triterpenoids were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against A549 and MCF-7 cell lines.
