Abstract

Highlights: Frailty is common amongst patients with MPNs. Patients with PMF had the highest burden of frailty in our study. Reduced grip strength and the timed get up and go test were the most common indicators of frailty. The impact of treatment on frailty in patients with MPNs is of interest.
