Abstract

Abstract : Abstract: An infant with congenital 4 eyelid ectropion associated with cleft lip and palate developed exposure keratopathy. He underwent skin grafting of the upper eyelids and lateral canthal reconstruction. Ectropion and signs of exposure keratopathy improved. Congenital eyelid ectropion is a rare disorder. Surgical repair can successfully correct the condition.
