- Abstract : Water Splitting In article number 2102361, Xiaojun Zhang and co‐workers report the development of ultrathin bimetallic molybdate nanosheets that are evenly deposited on CuO x hollow nanotubes on a copper foam substrate to form a hierarchical heterostructure (CoNiMoO4 /CuO x /CF). The material is used as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for overall water splitting. The introduction of Ni to form a bimetallic molybdate and CuO x heterostructure design can be optimized via Co cations to ensure the best possible electronic structure of the catalytic center.
