- Abstract:
- Abstract: Abstract Black men disproportionately experience the worst health outcomes among U.S. populations. Systemic social, political, and healthcare problems are important intersecting issues of Black men's poor health outcomes. As nursing is one of the most trusted professions, it is nurses' responsibilities to include care for vulnerable populations. In this creative controversy an alternative perspective of Black men as a vulnerable population is proposed. Potential tensions and an introspective call to action for all nurses is included.
