- Abstract : Ion Implantation In article number 2009419, Eugeniu Balaur, Brian Abbey, and Catherine Sadatnajafi present a new approach to characterise the effects of ion implantation in ultra‐thin films. The plasmon resonances generated by optically active metamaterials can be used to probe minute changes in the local lattice structure, which varies as a function of the dopant density.
