Abstract

Abstract : Highlight Mandai and colleagues describe EUS‐guided antegrade pancreatic guidewire placement followed by the double‐guidewire technique in balloon enteroscope‐assisted endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in a patient with recurrent gastric cancer. This case suggests that EUS‐guided antegrade pancreatic guidewire placement can be useful for the subsequent double‐guidewire technique when EUS‐guided biliary access has failed.
